In March of 2006, Crystal Magnum wagged her finger at three individuals in a line-up that amounted to a multiple choice question with no wrong answer. These gentlemen and their coach had their career's at Duke University ruined and their names temporarily tarnished. This incident is a prime example of not only injustice, but the ramifications that one can suffer to the tune of millions of dollars in legal fees to defend oneself against malicious prosecution based on a hallucinatory account of actual events.
We may draw similar comparisons to what has happened to Rick. In turn, we need to back him with the financial wherewithal to fend off these ludicrous allegations.
On the topic of wagging one's finger, an e-mailer to Jim Rome's radio show could not have said it any better:
"Wagging my finger in front of Congress is the tell tale sign that I am lying my ass off."
